If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Keep original packaging for verification
  • Share clear images of the package and product

Failure to report within the specified time may affect claim eligibility.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped:

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted
  • Shipping and handling charges may apply

Special-order or customized products may not be cancellable.
